Keith Banks triples competition Sunday 26th October 2025

14 teams from the Breckland League entered the annual competition held at Hingham playing in 2 groups of 4 and 2 groups of 3 in a round robin with the winners and runners up going into a pre drawn knockout stage

Winners Group 1 were Wymondham R.Frost D.Chadwick and J. Sparham

Runners up 1 Group were Thetford C.Eke, J.Martin and P.Harvey

Winners Group 2 were Connaught A S.Judd, D.Aldous and B.Oatway

Runners up group 2 Shropham P. Walker, E.Aberdeen and K.Tingey

Winners groups 3 were Connaught A J.Moon, R.Harrison and Minshull

Runners up Group 3 were Hingham J.Mackwish, M.Hunter and C.Powell

Winners group 4 were Harling J.Neave, G.Cody and G.Hume

Runners up group 4 were Harling L.Chilvers, R. Marsh and N.Battly

In The Knockouts

Winner group 1 played runner up group 4 winners were Wymondham 18-2

Winner group 2 played runner up group 3 winners were Connaught 18-1

Winner group 3 played runner up group 2 winners were Shropham 19-1

Winner group 4 played runner up group 1 winners were Harling 8-5

In the semi finals

Wymondham played Connaught A Winners were Wymondham 9-7

Harling Played Shropham Winners were Harling13-5

In the Final

Harling opened with a single, but Wymondham scored the next two ends with a 3 and 2 to lead 5-1. Harling came back with a 2 and a single 5-4 to Wymondham, a 3 to Wymondham put them in front 8-4 Harling took 2 singles to cut the deficit to just 2 behind. An Exciting last end saw Harling holding 4, But Jon took 2nd to assure Wymondham of victory.
