Customized an online application for over 100 users using Salesforce.com. to allow our Service Provider Agencies to use one application to view and enter data to track and provide services more accurately to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Managed the team to identify business requirements.
Reviewed status reports of Analyst and team members to address issues as appropriate.
Manage and provide input on training all users.
Worked with IT to create a process for information update thru internal IT systems to assure accuracy.
Manage reporting and helpdesk for end-users.
Key Achievements:
Allowed the management and end-user the ability to leverage dashboards for real-time performance snapshots.
Improved productivity inputting and tracking resident relocation plans and referrals.
Doubled the ability to report on resident data.
Reduced the effort needed to input data and transfer caseloads between agencies by more than 50%.
