RedPrairie Warehouse Management System Implementations:
Relocated to Grand Rapids, Michigan to join the Warehouse Management team and provide project management leadership on an enterprise-scale, global warehouse management systems (WMS) implementation that includes interfacing with warehouse control systems (WCS), Material Handling Equipment (MHE), multi-vendor applications and third party products. Created flexible, boilerplate project plans that are able to be reused to manage, monitor and control implementation of WMS of all magnitudes.
Key Achievements:
Project Manager for the successful implementation of new site installations of RedPrairie 2015 & 2016, in four locations (4) locations in China and two (2) in Latin America.
Program/Project manager of the successful implementation of a new site installations of RedPrairie 2014, in five (5) locations in Russia, one (1) in Turkey and one (1) in Greece.
Program/Project Manager of the successful Upgrade of RedPrairie in 2014, (version 2007 to version 2011). This was an upgrade of all existing RedPrairie warehouses. Locations include Hungary, Poland, Moscow Russia, Ukraine, the Netherlands, & North America including the Pacific Islands and Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic and Canada.
Successfully implemented RedPrairie Warehouse Management System 2013, in Busan, Korea. The Busan warehouse is responsible for local distribution, shipping and receiving in their warehouse.
Successfully implemented RedPrairie Warehouse Management System in 2012, in London, Ontario, Canada, Amway Canada Corporation (ACC) . The ACC is responsible for local distribution, shipping and receiving in their warehouse. They also have a Pick/Pack operation in their service center that boxes orders daily for Canadian customers.
Successfully co-implemented RedPrairie Warehouse Management System in 2011, in Ada, MI, Midwest Regional Service Center(MWRSC) . The MWRSC is responsible for local and international shipping and receiving in their central warehouse. They also have a Pick/Pack operation that utilizes both Pick to Light (PTL) & Pick to Voice (PTV) in their service center that boxes several thousand orders daily for the U.S and Canada.
