PerMA mod and Better Vampires

If you are using the PerMA mod (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/59849) you will have to use my Weapon Speed Fix that can be found on the Troubleshooting page of my MCM. Without this fix, our changes to weapon speed are compounded and you swing ridiculously fast.
