A middle Eastern hired at least 2 prostitutes in Howard county for outcall prostitution services. In each case he paid the victim. At the end of the session the outcall prostitute agreed to be be tied (hog tie) up and gagged. In each case the suspect left the prostitute in the room and the maid the next day had to untie the prostitute. He went thru the victims belongings to retrieve the cash he paid. Most recent case happened in North Laurel at the Days in in early Dec 2013. If you have any information about this crime please contact the Howard county police.
