The Montgomery County Police Department is seeking information reference the pictured individual. All information will be considered confidential. The individual pictured may frequent Illinois, Virginia, Maryland and California. The MCP are consistent in their efforts to combat criminal activities, to include:
1. Official notification to Backpage and other internet sites of individuals who violate the entities "Terms of use/agreement." The MCP will request that all advertisements cease/desist.
2. When the individual is criminally charged- the individual will be identified by real name on Backpage in an attempt to serve the outstanding arrest warrant and publicize the arrest.
3. Official notification is made to agencies that subsidize rent or income to ensure that all laws are adhered and all income is reported. All matters of suspected child neglect/abuse is reported to the appropriate agencies.
4. Search warrants and subpeonas that reveal customers will be followed up.
5. The MCP will shortly release the names and photographs of a demand side initiative. This will be released via Backpage postings.
