Bear Valley Road District Meeting 4/10/12

Both Board Commissioners Norma Jean Washburn and Bob Wentz attended along with Mike Marshall from the community. Minutes for the March 20 meeting were approved as read. Checking balance unchanged at $8863.97. Board sent photos of the fence along the upper curve in the 400 block of Deer Drive to Jim Buisman, County Public Works Director for his review. Board reported that he has since visited the site and is waiting to hear from the County Planning Department.Washburn is exploring a the possibility of a loan for road paving. Wentz is attempting to get bids on rock work. The board is continuing to work on establishing a list of contractors to bid on road work projects.The board is working with a draft budget worksheet for 2012-2013.
