Charles Frederick

Charles Frederick Perkins (1820-1882) married Mary Griffith (1822-1894)

Charles Frederick married Mary at Mortlake, Surrey, in 1847. She was the daughter of a clergyman, Phillip Griffith. In 1851 Charles Frederick was an ironmaster living in Harraton, County Durham. By the time of the 1861 and 1871 censuses Charles and Mary are residing at The Grange in the village of Kingston St Mary, Somerset; there he is a landowner with income from shares. The Grange is now a boarding house owned by Taunton School. At the time of their deaths Charles and Mary were living in London, at 1 Bolton Street, Piccadilly.

Charles and Mary’s only child died in infancy.
