NIMBioS Outreach

As part of the team at the National Institute for Modeling Biological Systems (NIMBioS), I have helped with outreach and student programs. For instance, in fall of 2023, we worked with the Girl Scouts of the Southern Appalachians for an annual Math in Nature event.

Association for Women (AWM) in Math - Chat with a Mathematician

I am currently part of a committee for AWM's new program, "Chat with a Mathematician." This is a collaboration with Math Communities. My fellow organizers are Suzanne Lenhart, Cymra Haskell, Yulia Hristova, and Betsy Yanik.
