Anthony Unchangco had a quandary any sports fan would envy.
He had tickets to opening day of the 2009 Los Angeles Dodgers season and, for the same day, an offer from Rio Mesa boys’ basketball coach Chris Ruffinelli to join him in San Bernardino and talk basketball with college coach Jeff Oliver.
