Foothill Technology High School

Invited to be a part of building the foundation of the Foothill Tech Athletics Program, Coach Unchangco could not pass on this rare opportunity.  Unchangco has teamed up with Coach Dean Prophet (formerly of Bishop Diego High School) to develop a dynamic program at Foothill Tech.  Together, they have brought a SCHAPED Culture to the Dragons which will lead them to academic, athletic, and adult success.  

OUR SCHAPED CULTURE...

S = SPIRIT (enthusiastic, wants to be there, engaged, in the moment, energy)

C = COMMUNICATION/COMMITMENT (hears the message, great teammate, “echo talk”)

H = HUSTLE (all the time, on/off court, from drill to drill, loose balls, never lets up)

A = ATTITUDE (TEAM first, do not let teammates down, doing my best to get better, positive, coachable)

P = PERFECTION/PRECISION (always striving to reach perfection, unsatisfied with good, attention to detail)

E = EFFORT (can always put forth a great effort - nothing less of a great effort is expected)

D = DISCIPLINE (discipline self to always do their best, disciplined to take the right action)

Bring these qualities to practice daily and work to improve and get a little better each day - WE WILL GET BETTER!
