Dr. Ford was a well-respected geographer who traveled extensively and used his keen eye for landscapes to chronicle important aspects of American and World geography and history. We present Dr. Ford's photo collection as monument to his brilliant career, and an enduring legacy to his power as an educator and mentor.

This web page functions as a proof-of-concept means to present a representative sample of Dr. Ford's collection of photographic slides. Images are from several continents and many locations within the United States.
We hope to secure funding to digitize the entire collection, which we estimate to number as many as 10,000
