The original instructional video (not the infomercial) that was included with the 20 piece set is here:
https://archive.org/details/aircorewalkawaycookware
It has a few recipes and general tips. The cookbook/manual on the site here has far more information. But it is still helpful.
If you want to watch the infomercial it is here:

About 3/4th of the page down under "Aircore Cookware Recipes" gives several among other info/tips and tricks etc.
Here are the direct links to several of their pages dedicated to Aircore:

Twentymile.com also has info on making a cozy/cover this is very important because most meals won't cook nearly as well without a good insulated cover. I think the original covers are slightly better, but if you never got one or yours is damaged, this will work well. Also I have heard of people putting hot packs (ones you heat in the microwave) in with a cozy or caddy to help the situation further. One thing is for certain, you can never put one of these pots in the freezer and expect to get a cooked meal!

A really basic-idea how-to from Ehow:

AirCore cooking is really"thermal cooking" and you can adapt recipes from that to use in AirCore:

Another "Thermal Cooker" with Recipes and ideas. Very similar to AirCore except it does not have a vacuum between the inside and outside of the pot, only trapped air, but that can also a good insulator depending on the design.

WonderBag is a insulated bag to turn a normal pot into a thermal cooker similar to AirCore. If you need a caddy, one of these would work well.
