Times listed below should only be used as a baseline. The quantity and size of the food fried at a time may alter the total cooking time needed.
REMEMBER Frying smaller batches will result in better cooking times and quality of food.
Food Temperature Aprox Cooking Time
Chicken Pieces 340F 11-17 minutes
Chicken Tenders 340F 7-10 minutes
Fish Filets 350F 5-7 minutes
Shrimp, regular or jumbo 375F 3-5 minutes
French Fries, thin 350F 3-5 minutes
French Fries, thick 350F 7-9 minutes
Onion Rings 350F 3-5 minutes
NOTE: Frozen foods may require different cooking times and temperatures; follow package directions
CAUTION: Never fill your Fryer Basket more than half full.
CAUTION: Remove ice crystals from frozen foods before place in the hot oil.
