Poached Salmon and Vegetables in Lemon Herb Sauce
1 tablespoon Butter
3 tablespoons (half a package) of Koor White sauce mix
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup milk
3 small red or new potatoes cut in half
8 ounce salmon steak
5 asparagus spears, frozen or fresh, cut in half
1. Melt butter in aircore 1 quart Self-Cooker over medium heat. Stir in powdered sauce mix, lemon juice and dill weed, blending well. Gradually whisk in water and milk. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Place potatoes cut side down in sauce. Place salmon on top of potatoes. Cover salmon with asparagus.
2. Cover with look'n'cook Glass lid and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
3. When sauce brings to boil, cover with ThermalSeal Steel lid. Lower to a simmer and cook until the AutoCook ThermoKnob reaches Mid-green.
4. Remove from heat, allow to sit 10 minutes, then place in caddy bag. Self-cook fo rat least 30 minutes and up to 2 hours.

Cheesy Tuna Casserole
1 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 tablespoon butter
2 heaping tablespoons (half package) Knoor creamy cheeder cheese OR Four Cheese Pasta Sause Mix
1 (6 ounce) can chunk white tuna, drained
1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup elbow macaroni
1. Heat milk, water and butter in aircore 1 quart self cooker over medium-high heat. When butter melts add the remaining ingredients and stir well.
2. Cover with the Look'n'Cook Glass Lid and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
3. When sauce begins to boil, cover with the ThermalSeal Steel Lid. Lower to a simmer and cook until AutoCook ThemroKnob reaches Mid-Green
4. Remove from heat, allow to sit 10 minutes then place in caddy bag. Self-Cook for at least 20 minutes and up to 2 hours.

2 teaspoons olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 (10-1/2 - 15 ounce) can black beans drained
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup instant white rice
2/3 cup, plus 2 tablespoons water
1. Heat oil in aircore 1 Quart Self-Cooker over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook until soft. Add beans, oregano, garlic salt, onion salt, salt, rice, and water. Stir well.
2. Cover with the Look'n'cook Glass lid and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
