One of the definitions of yoga in the Bhagavad Gita is "Yogah karmasu kaushalam" - "Yoga is skillfulness in action". The Bhagavad Gita teaches us how we should engage in actions in a manner that can facilitate our ultimate good, while interacting in this world.
In this workshop, we will learn to evaluate the effect of our actions in our life, and assess whether they lead us toward bondage or liberation.
Studying the practical knowledge and skills which will help you have peaceful and pleasant mind.

We believe that we can receive happiness from external objects and relationships. Is there happiness that does not depend on anything or anyone, and how we find it?
We will study fundamental skills for meditation by understanding our Body, Breath, and Mind, which will be used for everyday practice.
Understanding the importance and role of Body-Breath-Mind-Mantra in Yoga and their application in day-to-day life.
20-30 minutes' guided meditation practice. It will be conducted in both Japanese and English according to the participants' needs. All levels are invited.
