Rabindra Sahu is a teacher in the Himalayan Yoga Tradition, based at Swami Rama Sadhaka Grama (SRSG) ashram, Rishikesh. Introduced to the Indian philosophy at an early age, Rabindra has been teaching at SRSG and traveling within India and overseas for outreach programs for many years. He is deeply devoted to study of ancient scriptures and believes in experiential understanding.

What should I bring?
Please bring your comfortable clothes, pens and notebook as the workshop includes Asana (postures) and lectures. Lunch will not be included so please bring a light meal as well. You can eat inside or in the yard if it is sunny.

Is there any accommodation available near the venue?
The venue has no accommodation facilities, yet there are plenty hotels and guest houses near the Kamakura station. It is recommended to spend some quiet time in Kamakura, a beautiful oceanside city surrounded by nature with long histories.
