In questions 9, 10, and 11 you looked back at your goal, how much of your goal you've met, how well you've overcome your barriers, and things that have changed about what you don't know. In this question, question 12, we want to determine if you've met your goal, if you want to keep going on your current goal, or if it's time for a new goal.
You could be in one of several different places with your goal right now. You may have learned what you want to know, whether you achieved your goal or not. In this case, it's probably time to set a new goal.
You may be working on your goal, still want to learn more, but need more time to accomplish your goal. If this is the case, it's probably time to look at your steps to make sure they still make sense. It's ok to change your steps or to keep them the same and set a new date to check in on your goal again.
Finally, you may have decided that you don't really need or want to know much about the goal area that you set. If this is the case, it's probably time to set a new goal. If your goal isn't relevant to you anymore, it's ok to drop it and choose a new goal to work on. Now that you've been the whole way through the SDLMI model you'll be able to set a more achievable goal, or more relevant goal for yourself.
Now, open your SDLMI Goal Page in Google Classroom. Under question 12 write down whether you've learned what you need to in order to accomplish your goal. Also, write down whether you plan to keep working on your goal or if you plan to set a new goal.
