Lunastarr

Lunastarr, the first human Orbital Terminal in orbit of Luna and Outpost on surface of Luna (of the same name, "Lunastarr Outpost", located originally in the hex 1N16), was completed during 2020. The original deal (back in 2010) was that Glob Plan partners (Russian Federation, India, France, UK, Japan, Germany and, later, Indonesia) share cost and construction of Lunastarr (both O/T and Outpost module in 1N16). UK provided Electronics tech for Lunastarr Outpost as Russian Federation tech was inadequate.

In 2025 Russian Federation attached another outpost (named "Yuzhnograd Outpost", hex 11S1) which is currently under grandfathered construction.

In 2030 Germany independently constructed Research Module, and attached it to the Lunastarr. It was removed and transported to Earth orbit by Germany in 2035.

Russian Federation takes full control of Lunastarr upon compliance by Glob Plan partners in 2040. Russian Federation granted access for Germany to use Lunastarr as part of its requirement to maintain its fleet of spaceships in 2040-2044.

In 2050 Russian Federation upgrades Lunastarr Outpost to Enclave (and relocates it to 7S6 in the process) and populates it with 5000 colonists. This was the first extraterrestrial human Enclave.
