Welcome Bernard and Bjorn

We have two new players, Bjorn Flintberg and Bernard Guerrero. Bjorn is from Sweden, can be reached at bjorn@flintberg.se and will be taking the Nordic Federation and India. Bernard can be reached at bguerrero@alumni.stern.nyu.edu and will be taking Brazil and ?

We have not heard from David (India, Brazil) or David (Australia) or Abdul (Indonesia, Nordic Federation) so we are going to have to proceed without them. Maybe someday they will turn up and we can sort it out then.
