Moving along! You should shortly be receiving emails with pdf attachments on the results of your written orders for your nations for the 2060 Turn. Let me know soonest if there is any problem with them that can be fixed. If you have any movement of military units you wish to make, now is the time to update the Unit_List spreadsheet. If you have any combat you wish to undertake, now is the time to inform the Referee. You may now update the Facility_List file with all of your Facility builds this Turn. You have until February 17 2020, 1200 UTC to do this and then we will conduct Combat Round#1.
Be very careful when making deals with other nations that it is mentioned in the orders of both the buyer and the seller. I came across many instances this turn of something only mentioned in one side's orders but not the other. As I warned everyone last Turn, if you do not mention a vital detail about a deal in your orders, then the Referee is likely to just have any item that is in doubt disappear, and any permissions to pass turns into weapons fire, etc. It is not the Referee's job to research and sort out the details of your deals, so be careful to coordinate what you say in your orders with the other party!
