Results of 2060 Quick Combat Round#1

The results for Quick Combat Round #1, such as they are, have been posted to the RPOL forum. Everyone will have until Feb 29, 2020 1200UTC if you want to order more combat or expend Response PApoints, etc. for Round#2. Unless something big changes, we could have in Round#2:

-An armed conflict between the UK and Nordic Federation.

-An armed conflict between Germany and Egypt over Libya.
