Alright! Moving along! You should shortly be receiving emails with pdf attachments on the results of your written orders for your nations for the 2055 Turn. Let me know soonest if there is any problem with them that can be fixed. If you have any movement of military units you wish to make, now is the time to update the Unit_List spreadsheet. If you have any combat you wish to undertake, now is the time to inform the GM. You may now update the Factiliy_List file with all of your Facility builds this Turn. You have until July 3, 1200 UTC to do this and then we will conduct War Round#1. The history articles will be published some time around then too.

Please be very careful when making deals with other nations that it is mentioned in the orders of both the buyer and the seller. I came across many instances this turn of something only mentioned in one side's orders but not the other. For the time's that I saw this I have given you opportunities to fix this in your Followup thread, but I do not plan on continuing this, especially for the older players. In the future, if you do not mention a vital detail about a deal in your orders, then the GM is likely to just have any $ or SRU that is in doubt disappear, and any permissions to pass turns into weapons fire. It is not the GM's job to research and sort out the details of your deals, so be careful to coordinate what you say in your orders with the other party!

Coming Rules Changes. Not now, but in the next turn you can expect that:

-Alliances and organizations require maintenance if they are to receive any consideration for actions beyond being part of a common mailing list. Starting next Turn (2060), if you want some alliance or organization, e.g. PROTO, or NATO, or OTC/OQC, to have any direct effect on the mechanics of the game then a maintenance of at least 1PApoint per Turn total will be required as part of a Political Action submitted by one of the organization's members and with similar wording echoed in the orders of all of the partners. The effectiveness of the organization will generally be commensurate with the resources allocated to it.

-Elimination of the extra maintenance cost of military units based on being outside of a Core Settlement, it was going to be another bureaucratic nightmare. The limitations on the range of units from their base have also changed.

-The correcting of several mistakes in how Oil is handled within the spreadsheets. Not sure of all of the effects right now, but it will likely bring down total available $ for some Oil producing nations.
