Minor corrections

I have had to make a few minor corrections, specifically to China and Japan. I have posted all the budget spreadsheets to each of the webpages for their nations. For North Korea, Brazil, India and Japan (David's and Andreas' nations) I have posted '.xls' (Microsoft 97-2003) compatible versions, they have slightly less functionality but they will have to do until I have time to come up with a more permanent fix.

To the Files section I have posted a file named 'Nations_20141201' which gives you a rundown on the state of each nation. Incidentally, the trends in that file form much of the basis of what is written in the News Articles section.
