Clean up of the website

Before the new Turn starts I am going to be going through the website and taking out anything that is no longer relevant and helpful. Back in the early days we had no idea what we were doing and so accumulated a lot of little things that we hoped might be useful but now clearly are not. I had hoped to keep much of it around, extra fluff to make our universe look more complex and complete, but it is clear that these days it is just a source of difficulty and complaint.
