 Formulation of HR policies according to the organizational needs in accordance with Management.
Management of complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources for the division.
Responsible for payroll and attendance management system in accordance with target to reduce the unplanned absenteeism.
Implementing goal setting exercise to set the K.P.I, K.R.A & Skill Matrix with the departmental head and verifying them for all the employees across the functions.
Enhancing employee relations through motivational activities e.g. celebrating festivals, driving initiatives, celebrating success and many more.
Study and identify the need of Job Enlargement and assign Job Responsibilities & Role to each individual.
Execute and manage performance appraisal processes across the levels including the performance management system of the organization.
Actively participate in management review of all projects, regularly monitoring generating MIS’s, reporting to top management in PPT format.
Final disclosure of performance review of different units and business divisions.
Responsible for F&F settlement of resigned/abscond employees.
Responsible for Statutory Compliances of all sites including returns, all govt. Inspection, internal, external and system audits.
Responsible to deal with Statutory bodies i.e. Shram Vibhag, AKVN, Nagar Nigam, Employee Welfare, PF & ESIC, Pollution Control, Health & Safety, Weight & Measurement.
Responsible for all IR matters including coordinating compliance, IR activities, coordinating with legal advisors and consultants.
Responsible for grievance management, query handling/resolution of grievances of all employees at different units.
Identifying training needs and preparation of training modules, calendar, schedules & batches for imparting training on various topics including measurement of effectiveness as per the organizational objective.
Ensure Safety, 100% PPE adherence at work place in accordance to achieve ZERO accidents, responsible to minimize the SEWO, report and control near misses, raise & close the NC’s.
Coordinating & monitoring employee administration and Executing monthly billing system make sure employees timely reimbursement and salary disbursement.
Coordinating with manpower suppliers & contractors for the facilities like security, housekeeping, canteen, gardening, technical staffing, loading & unloading.
Coordinating, conducting, executing the system audits as per FSSAI, GMP+, ISO 9001-2015 ISO- 14001-2015 and OHSAS 18001-2015 to implement policies, procedure, formats, SOP’s & work instruction.
Responsible to coordinate the administration activities i.e. IT, Travel Desk, Travel Management, Landscaping, Safety & Security.

Handling to day to day Labour Grievances/Issues and give satisfactory solutions.
MIS Managements, Prepare and Keep all the necessary records related to Attendance, Wages, and Salaries.
Taking care all the joining/exit formalities, related Forms-11, Aadhaar Card, F&F, etc.
Work on Software (Saviour-Time Office & Payroll both)
Maintain all the compliance register at site.
Get the salary account open from Bank and meet with all the required formalities.
Preparing all required letters like Show cause notice, Warning letter, Offer letter, appointment letter etc in concern with HOD.
Cross check all the contractors bill with attendance.
Cross check all the employee reimbursement and administration bills.
Maintain personal files of all the employees keep the record in Ms. Excel as well.
Process monthly attendance musters of all worker and staff.
Get the monthly Shift schedule/Roasters from all concerned department.
Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets from security gate.
Get the employee bank details.
Provide ID cards/Uniform to new joiniee.
Regular plant visit if found issues related to Labours, H.K., Administration escalate to concern department.
Conduct employee on boarding and escalate requirement of training to concern department if needed.
Daily mail of Birthday celebration and needed communication to all concern departments.
Assist to HOD in employee engagement programs.
Responsible for all the needed meeting arrangements.
Responsible for stationery arrangements.
Prepare and display circular/notice in all needed place of premises in discussion with HOD.
Keep the all the required formats like Reimbursement, OT, Leave Application, Gate Pass etc., give to employee on demand if needed.
 Assist to HOD in day to day activities.
