Department deals with purchase of raw material i.e. Soyabean from local Mandis, and monitors adequate stock level for continuous running of the plant. Besides soya seeds, the department also indulge in procurement of essentials like n-Hexane, coal and other stores required for the processing.  

SAPL is equipped with state of art machinery for efficient extraction of Soy De-Oiled Cake, Oil and Lecithin. The production department is staffed with trained operators for solvent based extraction system and the plant runs to its  optimal capacity round the clock.

Move of finished goods to ports and smooth dispatch of consignment with necessary documentation is the key function of Export & Logistic Department. Close liaison with Custom Handling Agents and Freight Forwarders is a crucial requirement met by the team.

Department plans, coordinates, and direct the administrative functions of SAPL. In doing so it is involved in recruiting and training of new staff; consults with top management on manpower issues and policies, and thereby serve as a link between senior management and its employees. 

Department analyse financial data through the lenses of growth and strategy to forecast trends, identify areas of potential financial concern and advice on financial matters. Accounts section process and cross check various invoices against payment and expenses, handle GST and manage company’s accounts payable and receivable.

Early identification of problems is a key aspect of electrical maintenance. Electrical and  maintenance department oversees all aspects of testing, monitoring, fixing, and timely replacing electric or mechanical part of production system for unhindered operations.   

Section maintenance a desired level of quality in a products, especially by means of laboratory testing at every stage of production and logistic. The section is also responsible for various quality, environment and health safety audits which are essential for bring best practices to the plant functioning and a trust among clients. 

Section carries out fire safety risk assessment and ensures that adequate and appropriate fire safety measures are in place to minimize the risk of injury or loss of life and material in the event of a fire. In addition plant security, to include intrusion systems, perimeter security and access control, is also a key responsibility of the section.
