Assessment and Evaluation

ICETE Academy offers several online courses on Assessment. This one might be a good place to start!

We would also recommend reading chapter 12 of Julie Dirksen's Design for How People Learn.

The ICETE Academy also has a course on Assessing Curriculum, Faculty, and Students which might be helpful in learning more about evaluating training. Additionally, they have a course aimed at people who are asked to accredit (or validate in SIL terms) a training program or event.
