In this course, you will be exploring the multicultural themes, perspectives and dynamics encountered in inter-cultural work. You will be asked to critically reflect on your own values and on the cultural preferences of others. Potential areas of tension that impact the process of planning together in multicultural contexts will be highlighted. Cost: $25 for SIL staff, $50 for partner staff.
