When you first qualify for an identity account, you receive an automated "invite" email from the Identity Hub system at either your Primary Work Email address or your Primary Home Email address in Workday.
The email link takes you to a process to set up your Identity Account. The process can usually be finished within 30 minutes.
If you did not receive an invite email, and you think you need one, please contact us.
The link in the email is valid for 30 days. If it has already expired when you click it, an email with a new link will be automatically sent to you. You do not need to request another link.
