If the login page does not recognize your username, check the following:

• Is your username correct?
  Your username might not be firstname_lastname, especially if you use a nickname. If you are unsure of your username, please contact us for help.

• Is there a problem with your Workday record?
  This problem is not common. However, if your record is locked or you have no corporate email address on file, contact your HR department.
