You need a username and password to log into your identity account.
You may also be required to enter 2SV information.
Your username is likely the same in all your identity accounts. It is usually your firstname_lastname. Learn more
If you do not know your password for an identity account, you can reset it:
Click the account tile.
Click the Forgot Password? link and follow the instructions.
The identity account sends you a “Reset Password” email:
SIL identity accounts send an email to your sil.org email address.
Wycliffe identity accounts send an email to your Primary Work Email.
If you try to reset your password and do not receive an email in your inbox in fifteen minutes, it is possible that the email went to a different address or to your spam/junk folder. If you cannot find the email, contact us.
TIP: If you have more than one identity account, we advise you to use a DIFFERENT password for each identity account.
If you accidentally bookmark the Identity Account page instead of your destination site (Workday, Gateway, etc.), then you will not be able to move past the Login page. You will be asked repeatedly for your username and password, and you will not go to your destination site.
