Principal Note
Hello Angels Community,
We are back! My heart is full again having all of the students return. It was a quick but successful start to the school year on this short week. On Wednesday, we held an all school assembly to go over expectations and to have some fun. I also spoke with students about school safety and all the actions we take to keep them safe. We are praying for the community of the Annunciation Church in Minnesota. As a reminder to all of you, we keep our school locked. Visitors are only allowed in by appointment only. In addition, we never prop doors or let people in. All visitors must use Door 1 for entry.
Students are only allowed to carry the ipad satchel around. Other bags/purses must remain in their lockers. In addition, we have cameras inside and outside of the school. We have vape detectors in our bathrooms. Please continue to have conversations with your child about school safety. We take any threat or misbehavior incredibly seriously. The goal is to have our students prepared and not scared.
Onto some fun news, please participate in our dress down pass fundraiser. Details are below but all money will go to our Parent Association.
Also, with the start of school comes fall sports. Show your ANGEL PRIDE and come out to watch our teams play.
Lastly, here is the new HANDBOOK, I encourage you to sit down with your child to go over the policies and procedures of SCHS.
As this year starts, I would like to remind you that I am always available to you. Please reach out at any time if you have any questions.
Blessings,
Mrs. Schumacher
Out of Uniform Pass Information
The Out of Uniform Pass Fundraiser allows families to purchase passes for each of their children to dress down (out of uniform). Families with multiple children will need to purchase a pass for every child. However, every child after the first will receive a discount. See below for the pricing structure.
Each Out of Uniform Pass gives your child the ability to dress down on two designated Mondays during each month of school. The passes are non-transferrable and only valid for the child they were purchased for. There are no exceptions. Teachers will have a list of students that have purchased passes to verify.
