Self-harm includes anything a person might to do to harm themselves or cause damage to their body.
If you are harming yourself, you can always speak to someone at school about this. We will not be angry or upset with you and will work with you to understand what's causing your self-harm and if there anything that could help keep you safer.
Speak to any adult at school and they will let the safeguaring team know, and we will meet with you to talk more about it and create a safety plan with you. We will also think with you about any mental health support you need.
