Semester Dates

Dates for the current (and future) semester can be found here.

For the session 2020-21 the semester dates are:

2020

21 - 25 September Intro Week

28 September – 19 December Autumn Semester Teaching Period (12 weeks)

The week starting Monday 9 November 2020 will be designated as a Level One reading week in SoMaS. This week has been set aside to allow you time to consolidate and revise the work of the previous six weeks. There will be no Level One Mathematics or Statistics classes during this week.

2021

18 January – 6 February Autumn Semester Examinations (3 weeks)

8 February – 27 March Spring Semester, First Teaching Period (7 weeks)

19 April – 21 May Spring Semester, Second Teaching Period (5 weeks)

The week starting Monday 17 May 2021 will be a revision week during which no Mathematics or Statistics lectures will be given to Level One students.

24 May – 12 June Spring Semester Examinations (3 weeks)

August (Dates to be confirmed) August Resit Examinations
