Our current work encompasses both advanced imaging and mechanical testing. Our lab boasts state-of-the-art imaging capabilities, allowing us to achieve high-resolution visualizations from single molecules to comprehensive hierarchical characterisations. We also perform advanced mechanical testing, exploring properties of materials ranging from soft matter to hard substances. Our expertise extends to investigating electrical, ferro-electrical and more properties. Our research spans an impressive range of length scales, from sub-nanometre to several hundred microns, conducted in both air and liquid environments with adjustable temperatures. Additionally, we develop in-house analysis software, providing us with a significant advantage in customising and optimising our research methodologies to achieve unparalleled precision and efficiency.
