What is important to me?
My friends and family are very important to me. I love spending time with them and going out on day trips. I love caring for both of my daughters and my partner.
I love spending time with both of my daughters and going out on day trips with them, going out shopping, going to a restaurant.
I really love working at Speakup and spending time with my friends and helping people who need support. I love learning new things and I am a good representative giving people a voice and speaking up for others I am good at helping/representing/researching and being friendly with others and I love helping people come out of their shell and helping them become more confident. I enjoy meeting new people and making new friends.
I really like spending time on myself and doing self-care. I like pampering sessions that really helps me to relax. Doing yoga also really helps me relax. I like watching films and some soaps.
What people like and admire about me?
People love that I am very loving and that I help others. I am very confident, and I am always looking to cheer people up and make people happy. I love caring for people and I care about other people’s feelings. I love seeing people happy and with a smile on their face.
People have said that I am a caring and good mum. I love looking after my two children and my partner.
How can you best support me?
I find it difficult sometimes reading letters, it would really help me if people would help me read them and explain it to me if I do not understand what the letter is saying.
I love to travel, but sometimes I need help traveling to places where I have never been to or places far away. It would help me if someone helped me get to the place or show me how to get there.
I get help with paying my mortgage. It confuses me and I don’t know if I am paying it right. My partners father helps me with that, but I still find it confusing.
When Covid-19 happened, I didn’t understand it because there were so many rules we needed to follow. I needed someone to explain what it is, so I understand what is happening. If I do not understand things, it helps when people explain things to me. I do have epilepsy which is controlled. But, if I have a fit please call an ambulance or sit with me if I have an absence until I am myself again.
