What I am good at?

I am good at being enthusiastic, working with other people, and thinking about how we turn great ideas into changes in health and social care practice. Outside of work I enjoy cooking and recommending great places to have coffee in Birmingham!

How I am helping with the project?

My main role in the project is to think through how we can use the insights to improve the options available to people and their families through changing practice in local authorities and care providers.

What is important to me?

Whilst it sounds a bit corny, it does matter to me that I work on projects which have the potential to make changes to how people are supported and the lives that they can lead. It is also important that I am able to get to know the other members of a team and that we are able to say what we do not agree about so that we can have a good discussion – and then come to an agreement!
