What am I good at?

I enjoy bringing different people together to share ideas about research, or the way we do research, that will help make sure that people with learning disabilities are valued and supported to do things that are important to them and things they want to do. Outside of work I lead a women’s walking group, which is another way to bring people together, and to keep fit outdoors at the same time.

How am I helping with the project?

I’m leading the project and making sure things happen on time and that everyone knows what is going on so that we can work together well and everyone can have their say and be listened to.

What is important to me?

It is important to me that we do this project well, that the work we do makes a difference, and that we remember to enjoy what we’re doing.
