GUIDELINES FOR THE REQUEST OF TRANSFER CREDENTIALS

Every student is entitled to transfer to another school of his/her choice. A student, undergraduate or graduate, who is transferring to another school or pursuing a higher degree in other schools, may request transfer credentials, otherwise known as Honorable Dismissal. (A document certifying that a student has no pending accountabilities with the school and is eligible for transfer to another educational institution.)

The student should apply request for transfer credentials in writing at least one week after the close of the school term if the student is currently enrolled. It is understood that the student has accomplished the clearance form before he/she is issued the transfer credentials.

Upon acceptance of the fully accomplished requisition form, check/verify if the credentials required for the enrollment are complete. If an applicant’s records are not complete, the student shall be informed of the deficiency before he/she leaves the office.

Upon approval of the request, a student may also apply for the Certification of Good Moral Character to be forwarded to the guidance office.
