GENERAL ADMISSION POLICIES 

A. COLLEGE FRESHMEN 

1. Applicants for freshmen may be admitted on the basis of the following:

  a. performance in the Entrance Examination administered by the Registrar's Office; 

  b. very satisfactory performance in high school for some quota courses. 

2. Having been informed of his/her eligibility for admission, the student must  submit the following credentials to the Guidance Office: 

a. Senior High School Card 

b. Certification of Academic Ranking (for Valedictorians and Salutatorians) 

c. Certification of Good Moral Character 

     d. Photocopies of birth Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) authenticated  and baptismal       certificates 

     e. Certificate from the Department of Education (for ALS passer) 

f.  One(1) copy of 2x2 latest ID pictures 

g. Physical Examination at Sacred Heart College Clinic

h. Passing College Entrance Test 

i. For Non-Catholics (Additional Requirements) 

(1) Orientation with the Director for Christian- Vincentian Formation 

(2) Letter of intent signed by the parents and the students 

(3) All students or their parents or guardians, in case of students who are minors, are required to accomplish and submit to the Institution  as an additional requirement for admission – an application form as  may be prescribed by the Institution. 

j. For married applicants, marriage certificate solemnized in the Catholic  Church 

  k. Mandatory Drug Testing to be scheduled at Sacred Heart College 

All submitted credentials should be verified by the Registrar or his/her  representative to ensure authenticity and completeness during the enrollment. Any  falsification of one or more documents above is a ground for disqualification.
