Student Conduct Questions
1. I just got into a fight. What happens now?
Fighting is not tolerated! It does not matter who started the fight, both sides are held responsible and will face disciplinary consequences.
Consequences can range from out of school suspensions to expulsions.
In addition, you will be cited by the Spring Township Police Department for disorderly conduct.
If you sense that a fight could happen, you need to notify a principal as soon as possible.
2. I am being harassed by another student. What should I do?
First and foremost notify the office.
Do not respond to the student either in person or online.
Harassment is a level 3 offense and could result in suspensions and a police report.
3.How does the school define bullying?
Bullying is defined as an intentional electronic, written, verbal, or physical act or series of acts directed at another student or students over a period of time.
4. I am being bullied online and in person. What should I do?
Wilson does not tolerate bullying. If you are being bullied either online or in person please notify the office immediately.
If you are someone who is bullying other students please know that this is a level 3 offense and you could get placed or fined by Spring Township Police.
Students could face criminal charges for cyber-bullying based on the latest legislation from the State of Pennsylvania.
5. I just got caught with an illegal substance? What is going to happen?
If you are under the influence, in possession of drugs or paraphernalia, or intend to distribute drugs you could receive out of school suspension or mostly likely will be expelled from school.
You can be searched by a school official if they have a reasonable suspicion of activity.
Your actions will also be forwarded to the Spring Township Police Department.
6. What happens to students that bring weapons or weapon replicas to school?
They will most likely be searched and suspended from school.

7. I know about a student who is bringing a weapon to school, what should I do?
Tell the office or a teacher immediately.
You can be held accountable for not informing staff.
8.How should I act in the cafeteria or study hall?
In the cafeteria you are required to be neat and dispose of your trash.
Throwing food will result in disciplinary actions.
Study halls are for study. They need to be quiet.
9. When do I need to have a hall pass?
Any time you are in the hall out side of normal transitioning of class you will need a pass from a teacher.
