The start of the decade was defined by COVID. This created MANY restrictions. As many would say, the after COVID era is referred to as the "New Normal"

The 4-1 football team (Coach Brown) advanced to the first round of the playoffs.
The 16-1 volleyball team (Coach Patrick) won the District Championship, and the team advanced to the 3rd round of the playoffs.
The volleyball team was led by Katie Callenberger, Macy Reynolds, Jordyn Patrick, and Macie Sinclair.
The 11-3 boys bowling (1st year-Coach Strazzeri) won the District Championship, and the team was led by Christian Liquori, Cole Knoebel, and Chris Byrne.
The boys bowling team did well at the state tournament finishing 3rd in state.
The boys golf team wins the District title to advance to the regional tournament, and the team was led by Trey Loughlin, Dylan Gerichten, Logan Tyler, and Connor Dusch.
The girls golf team finished 3rd in district to qualify for the regional match, and the team was led by Lillie Knight, Abby Compton, Kayla Slentz, and Karis Desfosses.
The 14-3-3 girls soccer (Coach Trout) won the District Championship, and the team advanced to the 1st round of the playoffs.

The wrestling’s record (Coach Smith) is 8-2 and finished 9th at the Individual State Championships with two State Finalists, Khalil Mitchell (170lbs. Runner-Up) and Elijah Lusk (120lbs. Champion).
The other state qualifying wrestlers, none state placers, were Zane Hudson and Lucien Comelchook.

Final 4 Wrestling Team
The 12-2 football team (Coach Brown) won the District Championship, and the team made it to the state championship game earning a 2nd place finish (Highest team finish since 1989).
The 24-7 volleyball team (Coach Patrick) won the District Championship, and the team advanced to the state championship game earning a 2nd place finish.

The girls soccer was led by Julianna Trujillo, Brooklyn McDuffie, Zara Anderson, Kyleigh Trout, and Finley McDuffie.
Wrestling’s record (Coach Smith) is 20-1 and won District and Regional Championships while advancing to State Final Four.
The wrestling team set a school record with 8 State Qualifiers; Jeremiah Johnson (126), Eddie Sears (132), Judge DeYong (138), Jacob Pitcher (145), Dylan Quiroga (152), Nick Lesch (170), Kaleb Ivie (182), and Dominick Smith 195).
The 18-9-1 baseball team (Coach Wydner) finish 2nd in district, and the team advanced to the first round of the playoffs.
The baseball team was led by Maddox Moss, Kide Adetuyi, Dean Hanselman, and Brady Denaburg.

The 6-5 football team (Coach Murry) made the playoffs, and the team was led by Luke Knight, Yaseen DeReese, Byron Johnson, and Chris Lee.
The 17-8 volleyball team (Coach Patrick) won the District Championship, and the team advanced to the regional finals (3rd round).
The volleyball team was led by Bella Schwantz, Maddie Johnson, Rylie Loggins, Sharilyne Wally, and Cassie Martin.
The 14-0 boys bowling (Coach Strazzeri) had a great year, and Christian Liquori qualified for the state tournament placing 6th in the state.
The boys golf team finishes 2nd in district to advance to the regional tournament, and the team was led by Trey Loughlin, Barrett Mrdjenovich, Aston Hurley, Dylan Greichten, and Landon Lovell.
The girls golf team won the District title to advance to the regional tournament, and the team was led by Rebecca Luchs, Mia Makowski, Jasalin Hope, and Emma Finney.

The girls cross country team advances to the state meet with a 19th place finish, and the girls were led by Keira Merrick, Brooke Yates, Hannah Mueller, Payton Gibney, and Amelia Shepard.
The 20-3 boys wrestling (Coach Smith) won District and Regional Championship, and the team made it to the final four.
The following wrestlers qualified for state: Landon Quiroga 106lbs. (2nd), Dylan Quiroga 152lbs. (7th), Seven Tornga 195lbs. (8th), Kaleb Ivie 220lbs. (5th), and Lainey Driggett 170lbs. (4th), and the boys team finished 11th in state.
The 14-5 girls soccer (Coach Trout) finished 2nd in district, and the team advanced to the 2nd round of the playoffs.

The 22-4 baseball team (Coach Wydner) won the Cape Coast and District championship, and advanced to the 1st round of the playoffs.
The baseball team was led by Rylan Diaz, Kide Adetuyi, Dean Hanselman, Tyler Mulley, Nick Wimberly, Shane Patrick, and Jacob Loeffler.
Coach Wydner was named District 4A and Cape Coast coach of the year.
The 11-4 beach volleyball team (Coach Patrick) advanced to the round of 16 in state tournament.
The beach volleyball team was led by Juliana Dusch, Kemeron Matanis, Emmerson Moss, Delaney Petit, Kennedi Lewis, Rachel Nagy, Annabelle Jones, Bella Schwantz, Dailya Wydner, Heather Ives, Sarah Niazi, Kylee Thompson, Maddie Johnson, and Rylie Loggins.
Kaleb Ivie was crowned the state champion at 215lbs, and he is the 42nd individual state champion in school history.
In the team wrestling competition, the boys team won both the district and regional championship to advance to the Final 4.
The baseball team won both the district and regional championship to advance to the Final 4.

The boys bowling team qualified for the state team bowling tournament, and the boys finished 5th in the state.
The boys (Coach Campbell) and girls (Coach Kevin) cross country teams qualified for regionals, and the girls, led by Brooke Yates (16th) moved on to the state meet finishing 30th.
The 6-5 football (Coach Murry) team qualified for the playoffs, and the team was led by Gabe Arnold, Ryder Varis, Evan Dougherty, and Ethan Hernandez .
The 5-3-1 boys golf (Coach Finney) team had a successful year led by Luke Mrdjenovich, and the team advanced to the Regional tournament.
The boys swim (Coach Seidel) had a successful year, and the 200 medley relay and Isaiah Bish qualified for state.
At the boys state swim meet, Isaiah finished 6th in state in 100 breast stroke, and Isaiah is now the school record holder in 100 breast stroke.
The 22-7 indoor volleyball (Coach Patrick) led by Maddie Johnson, Bella Schwantz, and Annabelle Jones, won both the District and Regional championship.
The volleyball team advanced through the playoffs to make it to the Final Four before losing to the eventual state champion Middleburg.
The 8-7 boys soccer (Coach Scooty) won the District Championship, and the team was led by Jaxon Cope, Wyatt Armstrong, and Miles Mrdjenovich
The 13-3-2 girls soccer (Coach Verpaele) won the District Championship, and the team was led by Julianna Trujillo, Hannah Kenny, Finley Mcduffie, Chloe D’entremont, Maggie Piasecki, and Breezy Kovac.
The 17-3 boys wrestling team (Coach Smith) won the Dual Team District and Regional championship, and the team advanced to Final Four before losing to Tampa Jesuit.
The wrestling team set a new record by sending 10 wrestlers to the state championships: Landon Quiroga, Kaden Barrial, Judge DeYoung, Kyle Mulley, Keanu Martin, Tre Driggett, Jacob Pitcher, Dominick Smith, Kaleb Ivie, Nathan Greenfield, and Madelyn Driggett.
At the the state wrestling meet, Tre Driggett finished 8th, Landon Quiroga finished 6th, and Kaleb Ivie was crowned state champion.
The 8-7 boys tennis (Coach Oglesby) team finished 2nd in district advancing to the 1st round of regionals, and the team was led by Nathan Oglesby, Nicolas Oglesby, Adam Chapman, Alexander Gregoire, Connor Kahl, Tytus Moore, and Joseph Tallman.
The 9-6 girls tennis (Coach Piloto) team finished 2nd in district advancing to the 1st round of regionals, and the team was led by Caroline Kunik, Aryana Best, Kylie Wellman, Olivia Harris, Maria Hansen, Malea Mason, and Scarlett Frattin.
The 13-11 girls softball (Coach Palmer) qualified for the 1st round of the playoffs, and the team was led by Elena Rollen, Rindi Amos, Keilen Cecere, Haley Smith, Emma Finney, and Kendall Lawrence.
The 11-2 beach volleyball (Coach Patrick) team won the district championship, and the team advanced to the round of 16.
The beach volleyball team was led by Lexy Michell, Kylee Thompson, Heather Ives, Bella Becker, Amber Ives, Camryn Childers, Julianna Dusch, Reece Loggins, Delaney Petit, Maddie Johnson, Bella Schwantz, Kameron Matanis, Sarah Niazi, and Anabelle Jones.
The 24-6 baseball team (Coach Wydner) won the District and Regional championship, and the team advanced to the school's 5th ever final four appearance.
The baseball team was led by Noah Knight, Toren Dunegan, Nick Wimberly, Jacob Loeffler, Dean Hanselman, and Hudson Blank.
Coach Wydner was named District 4A coach of the year.
The girls track and field team (Coach Kevin) had several relay and individuals qualify for regionals, and Persia Williams qualified for the state meet in the pole vault and Brooke Yates in the 3200.
In the boys team wrestling championship bracket, the team advanced to their 4th in a row final four.
The volleyball team was led by area player of the year Bella Schwantz.
In the individual wrestling championship, the wrestling team had 11 state qualifiers, 6 state placers including one state champion (Timmy Boda). As a team, they finished 3rd in state, which was their best finish since 1986. Timmy Boda is the first freshman to win a state title in Brevard County.
The 7-4 football team (Coach Murray) qualified for the playoffs, but they lost in the first round to Titusville.
The football team was lead by Donterrious Robinson Jr(7 td)., Delvonte Williams (874 yrds/5 td), Deshawn Thomas (8 td), Tobijah Semper (5 td), Kevin Verpaele (57%/1648 yrd/13 passing td/101 qbr.), Shaun Hartman jr (5 passing td), Liam Miller, Cayden Herrick (100 tckl) , Finn Sinclair (97 tckl), Dom Smith (77 tckl/3 sacks), Jarvis Howell (8 sacks), Jace Jordan (67 tckl/2 int) and Courtland Campbell (66 tckl/3 int).
The 23-6 volleyball team (Coach Patrick) won the Cape Coast and District (20th in row) championships, and the team advanced to the regional finals losing to the eventual state champions, Bishop Moore.
The volleyball team was led by Bella Schwantz (275 kills/228 digs/53 aces), Elana Martin (214 kills/44 blocks), Shamiah Richardson (60 aces/244 digs), Annabelle Jones (307 assists/115 digs/33 aces), and Ema Mitchell (59 blocks)
The boys golf team (Coach Duncan) had Cade Jefferson advanced to the regional golf tournament.
The girls cross country team (Coach Callahan) qualified for the regional meet, and the team was led by Caroline Kunik, Riley Rosenberg, Alexandra Street, Helen Cruz, and Kitana Kline.
Boys and girls team sent 18 swimmers to the regional meet, and the boys finished 6th and girls finished 7th at regionals.
The following qualified for the state meet: Aaron Diver (1m dive), Caitlyn Rideout (100 fly), and 200 Free Relay (Caitlyn Rideout, Emma Varn, Olivia Street, and Johana Cibulova, Maddie Loeffler, and Ada Daniels).
As the state meet, Aaron Diver, placed 7th in the state meet.
Boys wresting (Coach Smith) won the District Team Dual, and they advanced to the final four for the fourth strait year, losing to the eventual state champions, Mater Lakes Academy.
The boys wresting individual team finished first in the district, 2nd in regionals, and 3rd in state.
The wrestlers that qualified for the individual state meet were Kaden Barrial (120), Alex Giglietti (126), Landon Quiroga (132), Timmy Boda (138), Nolan West (144), Judge DeYoung (157), Titus DeYoung (150), Dontrevious Driggett (165), Courtland Campbell (175), Dominick Smith (190), and Nathan “Apples” Greenfield (285).
A school record number of state placers at the individual state wrestling tournament were Landon Quiroga (4th), Titus Deyoung (4th), Judge Deyoung (3rd), Tre Diggett (5th), Alex Giglietti (2nd), and Timmy Boda won the state championship.
The 11-6-1 boy soccer (Coach Carey) won the district championship qualifying for regional playoffs, and the team advanced to the 2nd round losing in overtime to Bishop Moore.
The boys soccer team was led by Justice Brewer, Wade Bishop, Liam Miller, Hayden Carter, Pedro Juraez, Karson Conti, Kona Vega, and Kahe Vega.
The 8-6-3 girls soccer (Coach Verpaele) team won the district championship qualifying for regional playoffs, and the team advanced to the regional final losing to Bishop Moore 0-2.
The girls soccer team was led by Heidi Trout, Payton Wright, Kaci Underwood, Lauren Rutledge, and Finley McDuffie.
The 24-8 baseball (Coach Arnold) won the Cape Coast and District Championships, and they advanced to the 2nd round of the playoffs

The 16-2 beach volleyball (Coach Patrick) team won the Cape Coast and District Championship, and the team advanced to the 2nd round of the playoffs.

The 10-4 girls tennis (Coach Piloto) team won the District Championship, and the team advanced to the first round of the playoffs.
