SDG 8 - the work force
our mission and goals
Our goal is to achieve fair well paying jobs for all people and help the economies of developing countries.
THE GROUP
Bryson, Damian, Keyton, and Reagan
Formals
To help share their learning, each SDG group created a formal presentation to present to the parents.
LEVELS OF ACTION:
LEVEL 1: In this action level, each SDG group took action to spread awareness in school.
LEVEL 2: In this level of action, each group took action outside of school with another organization.
LEVEL 3: Each student took individual action in their community or partnered with another student in their group to complete this level of action in support of their SDG.
Level 1 action
We created a board game called Stockopoly to teach about economics and spread awareness about our SDG.
Level 2 action
We volunteered at the DOCK to help future workers, as they give children a safe place to play and study.
LEVEL 3 ACTIONS
I talked to people on ways to help take action and if they had no time to talk I gave them a brochure that was a summary of what I would say.Â

I created a website to promote SDG 8. I used SEO or Search Engine Optimization and social media to spread it across the world.

I created a newsletter to promote 3 local small businesses.

I did a video about SDG 8 and ways that you can take action.
