Our goal is to provide equal access to resourses, financial aid, and eco-friendly technology.
Beckett, Mitchell, Mila, and Caleb
To help share their learning, each SDG group created a formal presentation to present to the parents.
LEVELS OF ACTION:
LEVEL 1: In this action level, each SDG group took action to spread awareness in school.
LEVEL 2: In this level of action, each group took action outside of school with another organization.
LEVEL 3: Each student took individual action in their community or partnered with another student in their group to complete this level of action in support of their SDG.
We did a 2-D bottle cap version of the Earth and did it to spread awareness about the SDGs.
We worked with the Cocoa Beach Sustainability Committee to plant sea oats to protect our dunes that got battered by the hurricane.
LEVEL 3 ACTIONS
I made a poster for my level 3 action to spread awareness about littering and financial affects of littering.
-Caleb
I created a rap song about SDG 17 and how it helps all the SDGs and posted it on Facebook. I did it because what better way to spread awareness about something than make a song about it?
-Mitchell
I created a song about the SDGs then posted and recorded my song on band lab. I did it because I have a passion for music and it would be a good way to spread awareness about the 17 different SDGs. My piano teacher helped me write the lyrics to my song, then I recorded and did the piano by myself.
-Mila
I created a poster and posted it on trash cans on the public beach to spread awareness about the effects of littering.
