Brief Info: 

In celebration of CleanPowerSF’s 10th Anniversary, the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) is launching the 2026 CleanPowerSF Climate and Clean Energy High School Contest, themed “Powering San Francisco’s Future.” The contest runs from March 24 to April 21, 2026.

Open to SFUSD and affiliated charter high school students (grades 9–12) with an active K2C account, participants may submit a video, poem, or persuasive speech in their preferred language, exploring how clean energy can help address climate change in San Francisco.

Up to 80 students will be selected citywide to receive $500 scholarships toward postsecondary education through the Kindergarten to College (K2C) program.
