This program is for rising seniors only (summer after junior year).

Our mission is to provide pathways to career success for high school students in underserved communities through skills training, meaningful work experiences, and impactful relationships.

Summer training is 8 weeks long and split between professional & technical training. The technical training is facilitated by Golden Gate University & is 3 college credits.

The summer training is a preparation for placement in paid internships throughout the senior year, earning minimum wage

We are looking for first generation students of color that meet 2 of 3 criteria: 1) Receive Free & Reduced lunch, 2) First Generation 3) living in what is considered non traditional households.

All students must be able to have an adjusted school schedule in their senior year to be able to work about 20 hours a week during business hours.

Brief Info: Are you interested in establishing a long-term career that offers growth while earning your associate degree, plus FREE tuition, and a competitive salary and benefits?

This Apprenticeship Program was designed to create a new pathway for individuals interested in gaining valuable on-the-job experience and training to establish a long-term career, while pursuing their associate

degree. It is a two-year program that balances on-the-job learning with in-school classroom learning at an accredited partner college.

This is an in-person, office-based role, requiring the ability to work from the San Francisco office and attend virtual classes at Solano Community College. The cost of your tuition at Solano Community College is paid AND you earn a salary of $48,000 per year ($23.08 per hour) while working. Classes will be pre-selected by the employer as you work towards your associate degree. This program begins on August 1st, 2024.
