The Private Session Experience is a 5 day structured immersion into the real-world dynamics of Irish traditional music sessions in Ireland; how musicians listen, assess, include, and at times, quietly exclude.

Participants leave with a clear understanding of the unspoken rules that govern sessions, the behaviours that build trust, and the subtle missteps that undermine it, often without anyone saying a word.

• You’ll understand when to step forward, when to hold back, and why that distinction matters
