Exercise is the most transformative thing you can do for your brain! Students were asked to watch this video and choose from a few of the activities located on google classroom.
Students can track their physical activity using this handy form. It challenges each student to begin and end each day with a mindful minute. It then challenges students to participate in a high intensity 20 second interval workout called a tabata.
