Genesis Club is a psychosocial model of rehabilitation and is open for adults (18 years and older) with a diagnosis of mental illness.
Members work on their recovery at their own pace through a combination of being part of a community, joining a work unit, working with an advisor, and accessing our services; such as employment, education, wellness, and housing.
Genesis Club offers the largest employment services program for individuals experiencing mental illness in the Worcester area, providing individualized, flexible supports.
The Transitional Age Peer Support (TAPS) initiative seeks to engage young adults, ages 18-25, who have difficulty transitioning into adult services and handling adult responsibilities.
The TAPS initiative is a short-term, more intensive support for young people who are having difficulty engaging with services in the community that support their goals. This program provides supports inside and outside the clubhouse and significantly utilizes peer-to-peer support.
